About James:
Graduating from Western Oregon University in 2001 with a Bachelor
of Science in Computer Science, James set out to the Silicon Valley.
Passionate about Real Estate
investing, he quickly gravitated toward a career in Real Estate. In his first year James took off selling multiple properties and finding a niche working with first time home buyers and investors. In less than 3 years James acquired his Brokers Licence and branched into a joint venture investing and flipping properties and running a small brokerage. In 2008 as the market shifted into a declining market James merged with Keller Williams and looks forward to many profitable years with the growing corporation.

James’ plethora of experience in the Real Estate industry

Valley has allowed him to learn the ins and outs of very profitable
investment strategies. His goal is to help every client take advantage of investment oportunities to increase their net worth through this highly leveraged asset.
