About James:
Graduating from Western Oregon University in 2001 with a Bachelor
of Science in Computer Science, James set out to the Silicon Valley
to become a software engineer. Unfortunately it wasn’t the
best of times for the tech industry. Passionate about Real Estate
investments, James pursued a career in Real Estate. As a Rookie
James realized that he had a great passion in helping people reach
their dreams. Joining the Century 21 Champion Team his goals are
high and success is prevalent.

must be earned. James has never been afraid of hard work. He prides
his business on trust, hard work and constant communication.
Investing and Finances:
James’ experience as a loan officer and originating loans
has given him the inside edge for recommending loan products and
informing his clients of what to expect before making an offer
on a home. Actively investing in multiple homes in the Silicon
Valley has allowed him to learn the ins and outs of very profitable
investment strategies. His goal is to pass this knowledge to his
clients so they can take advantage of this highly leveraged asset
to improve their net worth.
